The "Food Safety in Fish Products" seminar, part of the Blueshellfish project, saw over 50 attendees in a hybrid format at IPMA. Discussions on seafood safety challenges in Mozambique and Portugal, fostering collaboration between the two countries.

In our recent Proteomics course, participants gained practical insights into protein analysis methodologies, covering expression, identification, and post-translational modifications (PTMs) characterization, with a focus on their implications for health and ecotoxicology.
